Blackstone Garlic Bread is crunchy, flavorful and easy to make. The griddle gives the bread amazing texture and is the perfect side.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Loaf of French Bread
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter softened at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat a Blackstone grill over medium low heat (approximately 300 degrees F).

With a hand held mixer, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt. Mix until combined and fluffy.

Then cut the French bread in half lengthwise.

Spread the butter mixture on each side of the bread.

Place the bread onto the Blackstone grill cut side down. Close the lid and cook for 7-10 minutes until the bread is warm and cooked through.

Turn the grill up to medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Cook the bread for approximately 2 minutes (cut side down) to brown the edges. Flip the bread and cook the other side for 2 more minutes to brown the other side.

Remove from the grill.

Then cut the bread into slices. Serve warm and enjoy!

Store the leftovers in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
